Terms and conditions of Sales

By accessing our website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

    A1 Commitment to Provide Quality Good and Services

    Our Business offers a selection of facial services and massage therapy that delivers visible results.

    Our “KELLY ORIENTAL” brand therapy is based on synergising the best of traditional natural herbs and advanced technology.

    Our Business ensures that our products and services are of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sales of Goods Acts S14 (2) and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and lemon Law.

    A2 Warranties and Service Guarantees

    • We guarantee that our products sold remains in good condition according to the expiry date stated on the product. In event of product defects, it will be subjected to our company’s refund and exchange policy.

    • Our Business offers a change of therapist at no charge, at the customer’s request, within 10 minutes of treatment commencement.

    • Our Business sells and collects prepayment for credits / packages for our services

    • Our Business offers a *5 Working Days “Cooling-off Period” full refund policy from the date of purchase for prepayments of packages.

    *5 Working Days “Cooling-off Period” is exclusive of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

    A3 Exchange and Refund Policy

    Products Sold

    All Products sold are not refundable upon opening, unless found to be defective. It has to be returned to our shop within 3 days of purchase. Consumable items should be less than 5% utilized. Evidence of sales receipt and original packaging must also be presented by the customer.

     

    Pay Per Use Services:

    Services sold and rendered are not refundable

     

    PrePayment For Packages:

    Within 5 Working Days “Cooling-off Period”

    • Customers are granted full refund of payment made, if they have not utilized the purchased packages within the 5-days cooling-off period.

    • In the event where customer utilised the treatment / credit from the package during the 5-days cooling period, the refund amount would be calculated by deducting the utilized treatments) charges/fees based on ala carte prices.

    • Where a refund is granted, the refund amount would be calculated by deducting any charges imposed by the credit card company and by deducting the cost of any free gifts or services provided to customers

     

    After 5 Working Days “Cooling-off Period”

    • Prepayments can be transferred to another person.

    • Prepayments can be exchanged for other products and services.

    • Prepayments made are not refundable after the 5-day cooling period.

    • For exceptional cases where refund are granted, the refund amount would be calculated by deducting:

    a. The utilized treatments) charges/fees based on ala carte prices.

    b. The refund would be calculated by deducting 3% for bank fee and 10% admin fee.

    c. Refund amount would be calculated by deducting the cost of any free gifts or services provided.

    • All Refund would be given within a month from time of approval granted by management.

    A4 Deposit Policy

    Our Business does not accept deposits from customers.

    A5 Redemption of Sales Vouchers

    Our Business sells sales voucher :

    • Voucher has a validity date written on it (usually 1 year from date of purchase)

    • Address for redemption is stated on the voucher

    • Every Voucher sold has a unique serial number for record and verification

    A6 Selling Tactics

    Our Staff does not engage in selling activities or any form of selling tactics during treatments and in treatment room. These are stipulated in the Service Quality SOP for every employee, and is reinforced during training and regular briefing.

    A7 Notification of Insurance

    Our Business has a policy to inform and to provide insurance coverage in order to protect customers of their prepayment, including but are not limited to packages, gift vouchers and membership fee. The validity of the insurance would correspond to the validity period of the prepayment, which can be for a period up to, and no longer than, 1 year. We ensures that customers are given documentary proof of approved insurance coverage immediately upon the signing of prepaid packages and making prepayments.

    Pricing & Payment

    A8 Discounted Prices & Promotions

    Our business conducts promotions occasionally, we will clearly states the period for which promotions are valid in its marketing communications materials, including any in-showroom display of promotion.

    A9 Payment Methods and Channels

    Our Business accepts payments in the form of Cash, NETS, SG QR, Paylah/Paynow, Wechat, Debit cards and Credit Cards (Visa, Master, American Express Card).

    Only Singapore currency (SGD) will be accepted.

    A10 Accuracy of Charging

    Our Business is committed to avoid over, under charging and to the issuance of correct change. This is achieved by ensuring:

    • GST Inclusive prices for product and services are clearly and legibly listed on the price list, communication materials, and display shelves.

    • Charges are listed clearly and legibly on receipts, reflecting the total amount payable and its breakdown.

    Our Business is GST Registered. All Prices indicated are Inclusive of GST.

    A11 Charges for Treatments and Packages

    Our Business clearly states what is included in all prices quoted for both pay-per-use treatments and packages, including the applicable surcharges as well as the validity period.

    The validity for Pre-payment packages can be for various periods as specified in the package, up to, and no longer than, 1 year.

    A12 Transparency of Pricing

    Our Business does not have other charges not included in the original package

    Should there are any additional charges for extra services / products (In future), which are not included in the original price, we will ask the customers and get their explicit agreement before treatment or services and, it will be stated clearly on the price list, communication materials and sales receipts.

    A13 Honoring Price Quotes

    Our Business honors the prices quoted at the time of booking for treatments purchase based on service menu, communication materials and store display.

    Security

    A14 Confidentiality and consent for release of Customer Information

    Customers’ data are collected for the purpose of completing sales transactions. If Customers data will be used for marketing purposes, we will ensure that “opt in consent is received

    Our Business is committed to maintain strict confidentiality of customers’ data and undertakes not to divulge any of the customer’s personal information to any third party without the prior consent of the customer.
